Its all good man. We actually had a problem not too long ago here in MI, where some kid got an M1 garand for his 18th birthday, and decided to go walk around 'downtown' where he lived with it slung on his shoulder, just to see people's reactions. He got stopped by the cops, which they really shouldn't have, and he decided to get all loud and make a show of it. So there was legal action. Thats the one downside of having the age set so low, because 18 yr olds are generally still pretty stupid. I know I was, and I'm honestly glad that I wasn't walking around back then with a gun on my hip/shoulder just because I could.

Today I rode 20 miles, passing a couple of bike shops to get various things done. Rode with a wheel on my back; popped my bro's tube yesterday during a test drive; too lazy to patch it up myself, but wasn't at all lazy to ride 8 miles away to get the tube replaced. Passed by a dude on a folding bike. I like seeing folding and track bikes on the street.

Today I loosened my chain slightly before riding to work. I couldn't believe how much quieter my bike is now. The chain never really felt too tight before, but it was definitely noisy back at the cog. I can barely hear it now.

The gun wasn't pointed at me, he just had it in his hand. He wasn't awarded the split second it would have taken to pull the trigger because I reacted before he was even in control of what he was doing.

today i have to readjust my bars, i hit a big ass bump yesterday trying to not get blown off the side of the road by a mcdonalds 18 wheeler and they actually slipped inside my stem and turned downwards, approaching jakarta levels

Today I lost my mind trying to explain to a customer that a freewheel can be used on a fixed hub. I even physically showed him that it can be done. He refused to believe me and got frustrated.
