I bought a whole box of them on closeout a couple decades ago. I still have a couple NOS ones left, but I decided to put Jan Heine's claim to the test: that wider tires at lower pressure have no more rolling resistance than narrow tires at high pressure. So far the biggest difference I have noticed is that my hands don't go numb as quickly.

Imagine if the entire USA population lost all power. Then double it.

Today I finally rode a full Strava segment on my way home. Had to go out of my way a bit to get to the start, instead of hopping on halfway through. Ended up getting a trophy for 4th on my first try. Oh snap.

That's the issue. People here seem to love antagonizing you for whatever reason. If you just laugh it off, they'll stop.

Did you at least throw your bike in the back so you fit in? I'm going to try to make it out to that, but I have a ton of **** going on today, so it isn't very likely.

most of the people i know have the verizon plan but i didnt know there were different levels, maybe they all just got the minimum one

i rode my new godzilla/dura ace cranks down to squaw valley and back. great ride, everything felt awesome, just wish i didn't have to dodge so many people on the bike path. still probably safer than dealing with the gapers on the roads though.

can't wait to finish the build with the wheel set/saddle combo.

Today I had fun on the 930.

Nope. Strava or it didn't happen, imho tbqh.

So, the builder I'm replacing built an average of one bike every hour and a half. My first build took an hour start to finish. Not bad at all. After 60 days, I start getting mad discounts. Rad. Now to go home and sleep cuz I have to be up early.
