Today I kept hearing a noise coming from what sounded like the BB on my way home.

Since I know "BB" noises usually aren't the BB I check pedals ,chainring bolts, tightened my cog and lock ring and figured out the noise was a loose seatpost bolt, it was odd because it was just loose enough to not move but loose enough to be annoying.

Its just further proof that you can't hear where a click is coming from sitting ontop of a bike going 15 or so mph

Actually I don't mind if there are joggers in the bike lanes here, just as long as they don't hog the entire lane.

The asshats around campus feel the need to longboard in the bike lanes. Going in the opposite directions of the arrows, so coming straight at me. In April I almost got hit by a car because I had to swerve around one of those idiots, and the driver wasn't paying close enough attention.

People man, why?

I ride long, medium and short board in the bike lane all the time. Haven't been passed by a bike yet, though. Practically no one rides bikes out where I board.

I dunno why you cry 'bout it. Just like a car passing you on road w/o bike lanes.

Joggers that hold their line and don't take whole lane and leave their damn dogs @ home are OK by me.

After last semester and all the **** I had to go through because of them, I'm just going to go for it. If I wreck, they're paying for everything. Including whatever my insurance doesn't cover if I get hurt.

If they want to be stupid and not play by the rules, I reserve the right to be an enormous jack ass.

I was kidding with the longboard , just like joggers if they don't hog the lane I am fine with it. It's not a long board area here, so I don't see much of them.

Another shooting in the 'dro today. got to see this one.

Was waiting outside the BART station with a friend, waiting for one of his friends coming out from Emeryville for a ride, hear some loud cracks, look over, guns are drawn, couple seconds later BART cops are there with guns drawn, they get it under control as OPD and SLPD come in.

Pretty crazy. My house is a block from bart.

Two murders within a block of my house in a week.

meh...

ride was good, hit a sports pub afterwards.

Why you even complaining when you live in the 'hood? It's a part of life. Live, ride, and die in the 'hood.

Stay strong and always pack heat.

It's actually pretty surprising. Doesn't happen too often.

And plus, its scaring off my clientele.
