Seriously, that dish is called bukakke. I used to make it at a soba house. We had to change the name to "Matsugen Special Soba" when some customers started complaining.

Hunh. Customers who would complain about bukakke and simultaneously admit to knowing about bukakke. What kind of people were they, I wonder.

I take one every day. There are bike cars for a reason. I don't feel like riding 120mi a day.

Today I rode the hardest 20 miles ever. I'm getting sick and was as weak as I've ever felt. Then I found the bike I sold to a guy relisted for twice what I sold it for. lol at flippers.

Now I'm waiting for an appointment to sell my other bike and wondering if my infected insect bite is causing me to get sick or if I just have a cold.

I used to take the train with my bike too, no shame in it, commuting isn't something I find fun so I wanted to ride as little as possible to get to my destination.

West Nile and eastern equine encephalitis are all over the place. Maybe you should go to the doctor.

I'm giving it one more day. It was a spider or something similar, not a mosquito. Little guy was hiding in my Sidi and bit me sometime during a ride last week before he got crushed by the tongue. At the time I felt irritation but thought it was vegetation thrown up from the front wheel caught between the tongue and my ankle, wiped it off and thought it looked like crushed bug but was having such a good ride I paid it no mind.

It's just a sore throat and fatigue during exercise right now but if it anything else happens I've got overprotective women in my life ready to pester me in wellness. I've done my internet due diligence and am pretty sure it's just a minor staph infection, it's getting smaller so I think I'll be fine.

Today I got back onto the bike after almost two weeks of knee pain (not caused by the bike). I think I may be developing arthritis.

Felt great to get some miles in.

Same here. The "brake pads worn" light came on for the first time since I've had this car. So I pull off the wheel and caliper to find there's still half the pad left.

Got my Circus monkey hub in the mail today. Threw the skewer on and weighed it. Comes in at 94g.

Super beefy flanges, its ridiculous.

Today I blew off one of my best friends to wait for a package but the mailman left a notice instead of coming up to my apartment like they get payed to do. On top of that its not the first time he did this. I've even taken off days for important packages just to have the mailman leave a notice like I wasn't home. Some people really deserve to get fired.

Call your local USPS, ask for the manager in the Customer Services Dept. and file a formal complaint.

Speaking of the post office, it confused San Francisco, CA with Cambridge, MA and the tracking info is "missent" right now. Hahaha awesome.

You'll get it eventually. All that for a brake lever shim.

Srsly hahaha. I'm ok with them messing this up, if it were any other parts I ordered in the past, I'd be freaking the hell out.
