Today I:
Always, haha.
But first I have to cocktease for a month like with the Kilo.
Then you'll get a pic of all the parts on my dining room table.
Then a ****ty cell phone pic of it complete in my bedroom in front of my red curtains.
Then you'll all get a full blown album (complete with obnoxious time stamps).

Today I had a glass bottle thrown at me, which missed me but nailed the 930.

Rode all around the city at dark. Nearly got taken out by a right hook from some silly blonde ***** talking on her phone and had to cut into the side street to stop myself from flipping over her trunk.

I think my favorite part is that our content-generated ads are Zinn Bikes and World Of Warcraft, but theirs are for Mitt Romney. Hilarious.
Today I found out that Chicago may be making bike registration mandatory, ticketing bikes that aren't in the proper parking areas, charging tolls for bikes, and installing cameras on stop signs to ticket cyclists. No, the article wasn't in The Onion. It was an actual Chicago Tribune article. This makes me sad.

i wonder how theyd pull off that camera thing though, do they expect you to put license plates on you bike now?
if they expect all that they better up the accommodations for cyclists, sounds like a pretty rough area to ride as it is
today im working at the helpdesk on some video tutorial project for a section of the website noone uses. im sad im not in the lab watching netflix all day...

Today I have had the worst ****ing start to the morning. We discovered some rats living under our enclosed porch/3-season room thing a few weeks ago, and the exterminators came in and set bait and traps. Well this morning I walked through there to let the dog out... and oh god the smell. Clearly the methods of destruction have worked and now there are rotting dead rats under our porch. The worst part is the crawl space underneath is all full of junk that the previous owners left behind; insulation and random lumber and stuff. So the exterminators, though they come out every week, can only check the traps and can't dispose of rats that are hidden in amongst the crap. I see tyvek suits and gas masks in our future.
Then, (after an admittedly pleasant ride to work) I get to work and put on my dress and oh ****, it's way shorter than I thought. Too short for the office. I go to Walgreens to buy some leggings, come back and try to put them on... they're this "shapewear" suck-in-your-fat **** and though I have not that much fat, they are so tight that I feel like I can't breathe right now. Then, I grab my milk from the office fridge -- dated tomorrow -- and pour it on my cereal... and it comes out in chunks. ARGH.
This is on top of what has been months of a personal life in shambles and one week into a self-imposed house arrest (not going out for a month to clear my head and help my bank account) and all I want to do tonight is go out, get drunk, and sing karaoke.
**** rats, **** shapewear, **** relationships, **** everything. The only thing good is bikes.
