Today I got a sweet new handlebar in the mail for my FG, and then found out that my stem is (and all my other quill stems are) a 25.4mm clamp, not a 26. Guess the hunt is on for the right MTB quill stem...

Today I've finally obtained the fruity bar tape.

Today I *finally* saw The Dark Night Rises.
I'm in love with JGL and I haven't even seen Premium Rush yet! (Yet -- probably will go see it Saturday with a friend.)

i saw premium rush. it wasn't very... it wasn't very good.
it was great for being funny and being enjoyable but it totally is going to have all the kiddos taking off their brakes.

Today I found my earbud rubber that had gone AWOL a couple days ago. Fully stoked.
Rode a Royce Union with a 52/39 all day.
Was thinking about evening 10 mile TT but was too tired after work so ate fried chix instead.

With help from the Bikerowave I got a free ticket to the premier of Premium Rush. As CC700 already said, it wasn't that good. All the bike nerds had a good laugh though. This was only made better by the fact that I am was riding brakeless seriously for the first time today and that I walked into the theater looking like a total bike geek.
My debut as an improv actor didn't go well. I mean, they want me to do it again, but I wasn't happy with my performance.
What's the general consensus about Lance around here? I don't think he did it, but I'm still bummed about him losing his titles and being banned from competing again.
Still kicking.

I don't have an opinion about lance, aka I don't give a hoot, back when he was winning, everyone was on some form of PED.

Drove the second leg of my trip home, went through southern BC and the crowsnest pass which has to be some of the prettiest country on earth. Met a touring cyclist and we had a great chat and i sent him off with a free map of his route as I had plenty to spare.
Scouted a bunch of good camping spots for when i go back in a few weeks, plan to spend an extra day driving as the body just does not like 500 miles a day behind the wheel.

Scratch waterpark.
Apparently my barry white syndrome and coughing from work was actually a cold
Which my gf now has.
Now to do errands and debate what bike related purchase to make
