If you watch the shadow of the ball, you can see it's inconsistent. I'm skeptical.
That was shopped I can tell by the number of pixels.
Watching Doctor Who, drinking Kool-Aid, getting ready to watch stage three of the USA Pro Challenge, and then I'm going to make my debut in an improv comedy act. Today is rad.

Today I was blown away by how completely rude people at Phil Wood are when dealing with them over the phone. What the ****.

You were blown away by someone being rude?
I have a friend who visited Phil Wood to do some research for his paper. I can't remember if he had set up an appointment for an interview or not, but when he arrived he was given an entire tour of the facility by president Peter Enright. At the end Peter even reconfigured his rear hub so it would work with his 110mm spaced frame.

You find that happening with touring loads on DB spokes from time to time.

Wilson's a pretty massive dude so that probably explains it.
FWIW, that's a straight-gauge spoke.

Former site of a computer magnet or something?
But really, I think it was because I stopped at everyone of those spots that said "Hotel guests only". Karma, man.
Nope.

played w/ cogs and chain on the Ridley and figured out that 44:18 works with no tensioner and no half link required. whee!
New stem and post on the mountain cycle, finally aligned my ts-2 so my wheels are properly dished, new freewheel on the nishiki, bought lights and panniers, went to class. I think that's it.
So...
The only things I'm waiting on now for the build are water bottle cages (delivery time of 9/5), valve extenders (delivery time of 8/27), SRAM Force groupset (delivery time of 8/28), wheelset (delivery time of 9/11), and the frame(delivery time of 10/19 <__<).
I'm anxious.
At least I'll be getting my scrod package tomorrow, and will have some wheels to build to entertain me.
