Im thinking about buying a Mercier MTA frame and wondering if its a decent frame for general commuting, does anyone have one and have something to say about it? Thank you

What are you plans for building it up? It could be cheaper to just buy a complete bike with a nicer frame.

I already have everything except a bottom bracket, and the frame is 110$

Well, in that case why not get a Vilano frameset, which includes a BB and seatpost for less >>> https://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-TRACK-FIXED-...item27ba65b892

I have one, it's pretty cheap and cheesy, but not particularly heavy and gets the job done.

Those are Lasco cranks. They are takeoffs from my Motobecane Messenger.
