I think your bike is fine the way it sits, you definitely have room to upgrade, but nothing seems necessary.

If you set it up similar to the one in the picture then my vote goes to the smoothie.

It's going to be built with the standard 4130 fork for now, full Rival, Thomson post, Ritchey stem, FSA Wing Pro bars and Mavic Cosmic Elites.

No. I've paid as low as $50 for one second hand. And as silly as it is, the color of a king headset dictates the price as well. Most expensive = sotto voce/ black, cheapest = pink.

Oops, just got a black one for 80. But I guess thats still better than 150.
