Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Nope. I prefer Diet Coke when I'm feeling saucey and water and OJ for the morning. Milk for after rides or workouts.

This was me before 21, but non-diet. Also, chocolate milk instead of regular milk.

Jimmytango, I will back you up on the bourbon plus good ginger ale. This bar I go to after work does Bulleit with the Goose Island ginger beer and it's amazing.

I've been drinking bourbon and rye whiskey lately- but it's getting to be scotch (Lagavulin 16yr) weather soon.

Beer wise, I'm really into sour ales right now. New Glarus does one called Cran-Bic that is awesome.

While on the topic of dorm room alcohol hiding, my buddy keeps this very fancy business looking breifcase full of alcohol and other things that aren't allowed in dorms. Kinda funny cause it's not one of those cliche obvious places but it still kinda is...

I just keep it in one of those low-height plastic tubs, like the ones you keep under your bed, and keep it covered in my clean towels. That tub is also covered in other stuff, so its like the last place anyone would look.

Bikes: good ones.

Coors Light. I haven't developed a taste for "real" beer yet and its much easier to binge drink on that stuff.

I love Session Black for my cheap sessions of drinking alone at home.

I've been hittin' the Michelob Original Lager lately. My Dad used to drink that stuff, so I thought I'd give it a whirl. Other than that...those freakin' Turtle Mocha's have been draining my wallet in the morning.
