Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? I enjoy Bulleit a good bit. I am blessed to live where I do as I was seemingly built to drink bourbon; I'm pretty good at it.

I've hung on to this bottle since I bought it in 2003 at the winery. My best friend returned this week from a year in Australia during which he discovered he had lymphoma and then beat it.

I've moved a few times over the last decade, but always took care to properly store the few bottles I was saving. This wine did not disappoint.

By far, best beer ever to come in a can (and one of my all time favs). Pours like motor oil

I prefer the Gubna or Deviant Dales - but Tenfidy is definitely a darn good stout.

15 year, and yes, probably the best blended scotch for the money, at about $34 a bottle (750ml)

"unofficially" sampled this at the local pub today, then went and picked up a bottle. basically an imported Irish grain alcohol, but with a great mouthfeel / finish and not as fiery as one might expect:

Some fine wine and scotch that I would've not been able to afford on my own dime.

Thank you, company I'm now working for.

I'm sorry, but it's not really Poteen until it's at least 80%.

Also, Firestone Walker 16 just came on tap at my local drinking establishment. It is absolutely fantastic. Like really fantastic.

Firestone's anniversary ales are usually darn good, but pricey.

One of the best bangs for the buck out there - Lagunitas Imperial Stout. 22oz, good flavor, 10% and $3.69 a bottle.

Belgian monks make good beer. Some of the big Belgian quads I've tried and liked: Rochefort 10, Chimay series, Westvleteren 8, Gulden Draak (prob my fav). The Reverend from Avery is also very tasty.
