This is what I do twice a day. Sometimes three if I'm feeling a little risky. Not alcohol, but it gets me feeling just as good ;)

aeropress trumps all!

I drink the cheapest beer I can find. Often it takes the form of Milwaukee's Best (actually Milwaukee's worst), or Genesee, depending on whats on sale. Often I can find twelve packs for $3.99. If not, I just buy a thirty of PBR.

Last night I drank a bunch of Black Label 'cause they were giving it to us on the house at our favorite local dive bar. I kinda feel like my entire body is made of garbage today.

Still waiting to try the Smith Organic Ale I got. Maybe I'll crack it this weekend.
I hope you guys talking about milk are somewhat kidding. I'm not Mr. Anti-milk (well, actually I guess I am) and this is not the place to get into it, but there are more reasons not to drink milk than to drink it. |

I have a gallon bottle of metheglin in the fridge that I'm working on. I also just brewed some ginger beer. It's still too sweet, but should be dry and around 3% or 4% alcohol when it's finished.

king tampers are hawt. complete the kitchen makeover with the salt/pepper shakers!
while i don't use the king myself, i did use an MDF grinder for many years (brew machine has always been an isomac single-boiler e36, recently PIDed). how many times has your doser handle broken off? other than this (easily fixed) issue, i loved it. sold it for a vario, which after nearly a year i am still not happy with. what next? |

I went ahead and looked up some info on the big flats...holy hell. Is it true, the things they write about it? Is it skunky out of the can? Is it pale like piss? |
I'm currently drinking Southern Tier Brewery's fine double IPA. If you like that sort of thing, it is an excellent example of a super hoppy ale. It doesn't have a stupid name, and it comes in a nice tasteful green bottle that doesn't look like it was attacked by a five year old with a crayon. Plus, like all fine beers, if you drink enough of it it makes you all super witty, charming and handsome and stuff (look what it did for me).
I may also have slipped, fallen, and imbibed one of Stone's Ruination IPA's (the big bottle, oh yes) earlier on. For a short while women wanted me, and men wanted to be me. Dave |

Add Sam Adams Harvest Pumpkin Ale to the list. I actually like a lot of Sam Adams seasonals (Holiday Porter, Chocolate Bock). The pumpkin is not overpowering and barely noticeable, but it's there. Got a nice roasty taste from it. |

I also highly recommend the Gaggia Classic to anyone starting in espresso. I found mine on sale for only $350, it pushes water at the correct temp and pressure (which apparently might be a lucky find on my part) and after adding the Silvia steam wand it's great for milk. |
I could only find this when I went to London. Still cant find it here in the US. Very tasty and refreshing beverage
