Its dimensions are very similar to those of a Turbo - which is one of my favorite saddles. I like it a lot but I recently swapped it out for a Rolls (which is also great).

Ok, brain dead here and the another guy at my work can't figure it out either, so I am the one that will ask. Order on the front wheel?
1. Axle
2. Ball bearings
3. Cone
4. Small flat washer with ribs
5. Locking nut
6. Fork
7. Washer
8. Nut

Basically we are trying to decide if the fork goes next to the lock nut by the bearings or dose a washer go in between the fork and the lock nut.

I usually find smooth washers between cone and locknut. Don't recall ever seeing a "ribbed" one there.

A little better today but I know it's going to take a few more days of taking it easy before it's back to "normal".

Dear Scrod:
I'm planning to buy this wheel that'll give me a 46mm chain line(with out the cog).
What bb length should I get for the chain line to be acceptable ? (Leader 722 heritage lo frame)

Considering not all brands of cogs give the exact same chainline, this makes no sense at all.
Spindle length is determined by the crankset being used and has absolutely nothing to do with the frame.

Omniums come with a GXP BB and there is no other option as far as spindle length is concerned because the "spindle" is attached to the drive-side crank arm. As someone who already owns Omniums, you should already know that.
What hub are you buying that will produce a 46mm chainline?

It is a no brand Alloy 7075 hub, what can I do to adjust the chain line?
Besides getting a different hub, or a different crankset.

Omniums supposedly give a 45mm chainline to begin with so you may be alright. Aside from that, you're not going to die if your chainline is off by a few mm.

Why don't you put it all together and see what actually happens?

Is there hatred for fixed gear bikes from geared bike riders? Only reason I ask is I have started just going out riding in the evening when everyone else is out riding (geared riders with their jumpsuits and helmets) and as I pass I will give a friendly nod and 90% of the time they just look and keep riding.

I'm sure it may be different from place to place but around here 99% of roadies are total dicks. I don't even bother acknowledging them anymore.
