Like everyone else on the planet, I don't work 24/7. Please contact the shop via e-mail if you'd like to inquire about a special order.
Thanks! |

Hey scrod i traded my kilo tt pro frameset for a leader 721 frameset that is structurally sound but the paint is kind of scratched a lot on the seat stays who do you think won out of that trade? plus do you have any idea on how i could obtain the leader decal because i he did not get them along with the frame. Last question what recommendation do you have for the seat stays a large sticker?

do you think the trade was worth it?
|
Doesn't matter. It's a done deal now, right? Put it under your ass and ride it until the seatpost cracks.

Scrod,
Long time, first time. I'm looking for a track frame but can't get to the bottom of the Aventon\leader\unknwn\whateverelse debate. What do you suggest as a track worthy alu frame under $400. If it's $179 that'll be even better. Thanks. |

That's a sweet deal. This model doen't have the seat post issue like the leader 725? With these new companies it's difficult to choose because certain years have bad frames and others are fine. That's why asking you, I don't have the energy anymore to track down a good frame. Anyway, thanks for the advice.

Oy. So tempted.

Do you realize that's Scrod's shop that is selling that bike ? There's no way on earth he'd be selling them if they had frame problems. Anyways, that frame doesn't have an integrated seatpost clamp, which was the cause of the problem on the 2015 model Leader 725.
It took awhile for my shop to start dealing with Aventon because from what I saw of their initial run of frames when they first hit the market, I wasn't impressed. From what we've been seeing regularly on a first-hand basis and and as their component choices on the new completes clearly show, Aventon's quality has greatly improved over the past few years and my shop has a pretty strong relationship with them now. Aside from them being a big supporter of our local Velodrome and their team coach Sean Burke teaching classes there, they are cool to deal with, their product is good and they stand by it. Works for me. |
Is that cause it ships from Aventons factory? Or is that just a really good deal.
I might ****ing buy one... |
Aventon's warehouse is about two hours away from the shop and because we can't feasibly keep every size & color in stock at all times, some ship from us and whatever we don't have in stock at the time is drop shipped directly to the end customer from their facility.
Either way, it's an amazing deal. :) |
Can we be friends again if I buy a fixie
|
Asking the real questions over here
