It prevents crud flung by the rear wheel from going inside. Even my paddywagon has this.

It depends on the tire. Some are taller than others. Some girl's mothers are bigger than other girl's mothers.

Bikes: Fuji Feather (2013)

And yet another quick question. Which helmets under 70$ would you recommend?

I know the fork will have clearance but I'm really not sure about which caliper would be best (and I don't have an S805 fork around to experiment with).

It really depends on what style of helmet you're looking for. If you're looking for something with "urban" styling, the Lazer Armor retails for around 40-70 bucks (depending on which model you want) and is an awesome value.

Spend a little more (after all, you only get one head) and get a Lazer O2. Cheaper road helmets are often bulky and not very ventilated. The O2 is probably the best helmet on the market in the $100ish price range.

If you're dead set on $70 or under, check out the Lazer Neon.

gotcha guess ill just have to potentially eat some cost

out of diacompe/tektros, which one looks like it might give me the most clearance as far as how high the pivot point sits?

This link, How to Get Ahead in Advertising (1989) - IMDb, apparently describes how to get a head in advertising. Possibly of use for anyone wanting a second head.

Scrod, I know you like to Pasela PT all the things, but do you usually use the kevlar or steel bead?

Actually, I just strayed and put Jack Browns on my Macho Man!

The weight difference is so minimal between the steel and kevlar bead Pasela PTs, I honestly don't have any preference.

Ok, Pasela PT most of the things. Good to know. The T-Serv ProTex is pretty appealing to me too. I'll be sending you some more money before too long.

Alrighty, I was unsure as I heard something along the lines of come in during the late wed afternoon as I was going out the door; better safe than having to drive to north park empty handed anyhow.
