Hey man, do you think i can get away with 25's on this Basso? I'm sure the rear will fit, probably even 28's. But not so sure of the front.

Not all 25c tires are the same size so my answer is a solid maybe. Assuming, of course, that front wheel is free of radial hops.

Scrod,
I'm wanting to order one of these, but want to be sure it will work with my oddball frame. Do you know the number? Thanks.

Scrod,
On your site a 110mm bottom bracket is recommended for the IRD Defiant for most set-ups. What chain line does that produce, 45 or 42? Now, before you stab me in the eye with a rusty spoke for being anal about chain line,
I'm asking because I'm dealing with a frame that has BB shell that is offset about 4.5mms. Thanks.

Bikes: i don't have a bike. a few frames, forks and some parts. that's all
(Scrod. this could be a bit outta context, but shooting it here anyway)
trying to find an Edco cassette body, Campy compatible one—either their Campa or new Multi-sys model.
on this page
have a Edco Racer wheel in hands, with Shimano cassette body that is chewed up, and looking in to use it for a Campy 10spd cassette.
before i try their web store—based in Holland, thought i could ask if i'd able to get it in US?
thanks in advance.

Hey Scrod could you offer some advice?
Someone is selling a Leader Kagero 2011 frame set with a Campy crankset, Thomson Masterpiece seat post and a San Marco saddle for $350. The frame is pretty scratched up and there are two small dents on the top tube from the handlebars apparently. Is this worth buying?

Used bikes and parts are rally only "worth" what someone will pay for them.
The crankset, saddle and seatpost are probably worth $350. The question is, is it worth it to you?

Just ordered a new 167.5 Omnium set from you, as well as some of those pedal issi's. Might grab some new wheels in a couple weeks if work stays busy. Thanks for doing what you do, Scröd.

That's interesting. I have to say though, it looks like someone wan't looking where they were going and suffered severe front end damage. The rest of it is cool, but I couldn't get past the fork.

Colossi makes some pretty weird stuff. At any rate, we're very stoked to be working with them.

I am a big fan of some other of their frames. Didn't mean to be bashing them on your thread as I really am not.

Speaking as a structural engineer, that fork is actually very clever IMO. It allows the use of small cross section tubing, while providing sufficient stiffness and strength.
