Thanks. I'm going to need that.

This thread's still going? Adriano, your bikesnobbery is in high enough demand that you might consider charging for the service of disliking bikes. One buck apiece from each bike in this thread alone would pay for a few cases of beer. The Beatles said that you can't buy love, but I think hate can be marketed affordably to the masses.

There. I owe you a dollar.

The drop bars that was a good call, but I like the tyres, miss matching stem + post yeah may be

ThermionicScott 10-29-11 10:47 PM

Adriano, are you opposed to toe clips for aesthetic reasons, or because it's too easy to accidentally pull a foot out?

Thanks.

solbrothers 10-30-11 10:51 AM

(seemingly) long wheelbase is (seemingly) long

homebrewk 10-30-11 11:11 AM

It's a Trek Earl. Yes, the wheelbase isn't super long but it's not an NJS bike. I love it.

Is the top tube really as thin as it looks in the pictures?

homebrewk 10-30-11 12:31 PM

Yeah, it's pretty thin, although it is quite wide:

i didn't know it had bottle opener

homebrewk 10-30-11 12:47 PM

Yeah, it's an awesome feature. Perfect for opening PBR bottles at late night alleycatz

jimmytango 10-30-11 01:15 PM

My Lager has a bottle opener on the seat rails. I think I prefer the top tune one though. Easier to open while riding haha.

homebrewk 10-30-11 01:27 PM

Exactly.

Deademeat 11-06-11 04:12 PM

I guess I do want to know.
