So... If scrod is cat, then who was phone?

Edit: Btw, I like that off topic banter in this thread is for a good cause. Bump to find the bike!

Oh god, that's the funniest thing I've seen in a long time. I'm in tears from laughing right now.

Thanks to all for the suggestions and support. I now have it posted on craigslist, a few places on facebook and I have filed a Police report. Guess it's now time to keep my eyes open and hope I find it.
Thanks again BF-ers.

I just wanted to give a quick update, especially since I haven't been around for a while. My bike from the original post is still missing and I doubt it's ever coming back. In the mean time, I finally got another bike put together. A good friend donated the frame and a coworker donated the bars, stem and seatpost. The rest is from parts I had laying around. In total, I spent about $50 on straps, bar wrap, chainring bols and a crank puller. Guess that would qualify this for the SSFG builds under $100 thread!
Here are a couple cell phone pics.

Nice bike. I noticed you didn't buy a lock.

Thank you, that's definitely the plan! Along with upgrading parts, then eventually a new frame. I kind of hate the pedal/cage combo on there right now.

Fully agree with both of you. I've been wanting GR-9s and quad gate cages for a while now. At least I didn't make that purchase before my last one was stolen. And yes, I do plan to keep a better hold of this one. No more temporarily using a crap cable lock just for a few hours in a "safe" place!

More acurately: one bike stolen, now riding a different bike built up using a donated orange frame with mostly used/donated components. Just glad to be riding again.
Thanks again to all who have given advice and/or support.
