If you're calling something a burrito - you're already eating crap. If you're eating something called a taco - and it's not coming from the RGV - it's just dogmeat in a wrapper.

Come down to B'ville and any one of the 2,312,321 taquerias available to you will prove that you don't know authentic Mexican. 93.2 percent of those items will prove to you why the waistline of the average 40-year-old Mexican male is 43 inches wider than the already bloated American 40-year-old male

I have breakfast burritos for dinner all the time, and it consists of onions, mushrooms, potatoes, eggs, cheese, and avocado wrapped in a tortilla. All the ingredients are fresh, and I would hardly call that crap.

You can get raw milk in Maine from stores and the farmer's market... it's all I drink. SO DELICIOUS. Since switching from skim-milk and no fat yogurt to whole yogurt and raw milk I think I've lost weight too... plus I don't get hungry nearly as often. Now if only it wasn't $4.99 per half gallon :[

(correct me if I'm wrong) Nuts have some good protein but they are somewhat high in fat; too many of them is a bad thing.

My nuts are good for you, these ones right here, that I'm eating, called almonds.

They have beneficial fats.

K good I just bought a bag of almonds.

I also have some mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, macadamias, walnuts).

Honey roasted peanuts taste good too.

Pine nuts are the best.

Or Corn Nuts... but I'm not sure they count.

That's because honey is sugar. So, they are essentially Sugar Coated Peanuts.

peanuts are beans, not nuts, and have have less nutritional value than walnuts/almonds/pistachios.

but they are cheap.

that said, i -love- some Jamaican peanut porridge.....
