Which of these eBay frames to buy?

I know you're probably thinking "another one of these threads again", and sorry for the inconvenience but this is a thread requesting help on which one I should get.

I currently own this bike: https://www.bikesdirect.com/products/...cane/track.htm
And i'm thinking about replacing the bike frame/fork with one of these:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/TRAPB-track-...ht_1603wt_1165

https://www.ebay.com/itm/FRESCO-SINGL...ht_6182wt_1275

Now i'm gonna be honest with you guys, I'm only changing the frame because i believe it looks nicer, and overall, it even seems like it might be better than my current frame. I really like how the dropouts have the steel lining, and overall the shape of the frame is just gorgeous. The only thing holding me back is the quality and I definitely don't want to sacrifice quality for look. I've made the calculations (which i dont wish to discuss) but changing the frame will cost me 20-30 dollars max, so i figure why not.

Is my current frame higher quality than these? and if so, which frame should I get? Any other options around this price range?
Thanks!

It's probably about the same quality range either way. I noticed while browsing the pics that one of those has double-sided steel drop-out inserts, so I'd probably go for the one that has those. The geometry is slightly different between them too, so one might fit your better than the other. Doing a little homework should help you make the best decision.
