Hey All,

I've been lurking here and finally took the plunge. My Windsor The Hour just arrived at my house (per UPS). This is my first foray into the world of SSFG and I'm pretty excited about it. Thanks to everyone for their informative posts, and special thanks to those other new riders who asked dumb questions and allowed me to avoid (too much) ridicule.

I do have a couple of questions:

1. Does anyone have a recommendation for an LBS close to Shaw metro in DC?
2. Since this is my first time assembling a SSFG, is there anyone with experience around the same area who'd like to help out/instruct me/let me watch? I'll provide the beer.

I'll post those questions in the regional forum as well, but figured this is a good starting place.
