Those rear brake cable brackets look like a hole in the pants waiting to happen when standing over the frame at a stop light. I would rotate them so that the binding screw is facing down under the frame tube.

Thing is, if the screws move under the TT, the cable will run over it. That will probably look terrible.
My thighs have not made contact with the screws yet, but thanks for the heads up. This choice between pants and bicycle aesthetics is one that requires much pondering.

Here is my newly acquired 2010 Bianchi San Jose. It's a 61 cm geared 42:17. I am in the process of changing the cockpit because the stem is too big and I don't like the bars. Going to put some GaryII Propulsion bars on it and white bar tape.
