Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

I find bars with flat tops to be aesthetically pleasing.

Seriously? I think most days it'd be kind of fun to slap Kanye around a bit.

Are many of us racing 100+ mile road races...maybe some, but they still look badass on a nice carbon bike.
When something performs it's function really well, to me it becomes attractive, no matter how ugly it is. I've never used bars like that, but the flats look hot to me. Not for the aero reasons, but they look like they'd be super comfy.

I guess all that depends on what bike they are on. I don't like any of those newer bikes that resemble NASCAR cars, but those bars look look fine on those kinda bikes.
