I wasn't able to get a photo unfortunately, but this bloke was riding what looked like a mountain bike with a BMX rear wheel (SS of course). He was in heavy traffic and sadly, they all missed.

Freak bikes aren't really "jackass" considering they're meant to be wacky. I know a bunch of guys from back in MA that would constantly be trying to outdo each other by making the craziest bikes possible.
