Thanks guys! We had ~30 people on our casual coffee ride this morning and the numbers on our fast/training rides are increasing almost every week as well. Really excited at the momentum gathering behind us. Lots of cool stuff happing in the future!

You should!! Seriously, if you need a couch or something I've got a good one in my living room (two, actually, and one is a pull-out bed). There are rides going on every day of the week!

this morning I kept up with my Saturday morning group ride. great sport to pass the younger guys on grades and rollers. they are shifting to easier gears to get up the hills and I'm learning to shift with my quads-more power/faster rpm :-) should have found out about this fg riding long ago.

Buddy has been telling me he's been seeing these cheap bikes around town called Critical Cycles, so I looked it up today. $219 for the bike and I think it's worse than Bigshot/Republic/Thruster. Look at the geo chart for some pretty good laughs.

Was reading the UCI rulebook today, such is the life of a track director. Turns out there are very specific rules on the size and the make of the jackets and pants a motor pacer can wear.

Today I had some spare time when I wasn't to do tired from work to ride. Only did 25 miles but man my legs are weak.
