My SSCX has two wheelsets with bladed spokes, it makes me so fast and a pain in the ass when I drunkenly damage the wheel.

Eight years ago I walked into my managers office and said, "I'm not traveling any more. I would love to continue to work for this company but if not, that's okay. I've made the decision however, that I'm not traveling any more."

It sounds exotic and romantic but gets old real fast. Be safe.

Put risers on today, I'll see how I end up liking them after a ride tomorrow.

Still total jackass though...I only have a Jag stem. Jaguar stem + risers = jag-off level 10

Not necessarily, you're making do with what you have. You simply acquired the equivalent of a stem of reasonable angle paired with a flat bar through alternate means.

I dig the look.

That seems to be a very popular set-up among fixiefoos nowadays, especially on funny bikes - when I ask why they don't get a level stem with a flat handlebar for same height/reach...they act like I am crazy to think of such a thing

DM what you want it to look like, I can probably make this happen.

Today I'm kinda giving up on finding a used MTB. So I've started to look into more modern options like the Surly karate Monkey or the Marin pine mountain one.

Today I walked away from the iPhone. It was falling very short in my needs other than a phone. As a phone, get one, they are great. I use mine for quite a bit more and it was not working for me. Went back to my rooted Note 3. This thing feels really big in hand. And yes, twss.

Galaxy S7 is neat. Feels like a slightly faster version of my S6, but with expandable memory, which was my one big complain about the S6. I'm past the whole rooting thing now, and TouchWiz really isn't awful. 8gb of bloatware, but I just put in a 64gb micro SD card, so it's not that big of a deal anymore.

usb c compatibility would've been nice

I used to have an S4, I dont really like how a good 90% of samsung smartphone features are "gimicks" or are bloatware themselves.

This is completely true. I wish that they would get away from that and just make a better phone that does more. Lose the bloat and Samsung proprietary stuff and just go back to what you know.
