I like a lot of vinegars but my favorite is balsamic. I can mop up gallons of that stuff with a good loaf of bread.

Good luck with this years Tropi-sauce.

Word, I gotcha. I can can see that. I don't dislike Tabasco but then again I don't use it often because I have a bevy of way better sauces at my disposal. When I was down in TX at Central Market they had some $290 Balsamic that I so wanted but couldn't justify (since at the time I was jobless) and of course they keep it under lock and key so even if you wanted to move it out of the store sans payment, ya can't! However I did pick up some beer balsam which is pretty tasty!

Thanks, hopefully the sauce will turn out good, I love sauces of all kinds so I am pretty good at whipping them up from the top of the ole' noggin.

Tonight I rode 17 miles with the new lights blazing. Started at 11:00 PM and ended just after midnight. Hardly a car on the road.

Today on my way to work I came within inches of being doored by a cop and less than a minute later, a woman blasted a u-turn right in front of me at an intersection where I was taking a left. The sound my U-lock made as it bounced off her trunk was fabulous.

Finally located and bought the key for the locked steelcase desk that came with the house in the garage. Only to open it and find its 2 spare keys.

the log lady was sooooooo underwhelming. release parties in several cities for a rigid 27.5 bike. ok. people have been running 27.5 x 2.4 on surly 1x1s for years. I don't care about that "special" tubing. it's a mediocre bike for a dumb price.

I rode singletrack on my Steamroller and didn't die. Also, I need a 19T freewheel.

have you seen the cost on it....?!

Nagrom_ 03-20-16 02:10 PM

Finally took a look at my car this morning. Luckily my steering rack is fine, just a bent lower control arm and strut. And two new front tires cause they were shredded from being so out of alignment.

Guess I'll sell my track bike.

Jk.

NPR and the heater weren't a good idea I guess.

just hearing "NPR" makes me yawn, but the heat definitely. all the old ladies at work have that **** cranked to 85º and i struggle to stay awake

MattoftheRocks 03-21-16 12:21 AM

this month I met my birth mother's estranged (born again) brother and he filled in a lot of the huge gaps in stories I heard from various family members which had previously just left me feeling broken(and gave me a free bike). After years of crippling depression leading to me only sporadically taking care of my body and mostly treating it like a 1984 jeep wrangler, I got an apartment with the first well-lit bathroom I've ever had... I really f...ed up. I hope I don't need dentures before I'm 35 and hearing aids before 40, but that looks like a real possibility. Any ideas how useless Fidelis is?
