Got one of those around here, blow past the person a couple of times a week.

Today I put in 42 miles and put in my first steep climb with the bullhorns. Tonight, I'm packing up, because Ieave on vacation.

I saw one of those one day...guy was quite far in front of me, I thought he was xc skiing on pavement at first.

I had the chance to ride one a while back and it was the most insane feeling. Almost like learning to ride a bike again, also the turning radius on this bad boy is most similar to a glacier.

oh ya, today I climbed more. 3,600 in 26 miles more like 18 miles since you have to come down the way you go up.

Whoa, I was innocently reading about moldy food when I found out about aflatoxins--"among the most carcinogenic substances known." It is reportedly abundant in nature and found in many food sources. Awesome...

Today I did 40 miles in 80% humidity. That's a lot for Phoenix!

Mmmmm internally curdling dairy products.

Today I busted out my mountain bike and reacquainted the local trails to it.

Im about to head out the door for a nice 3-3.5 hr ride. Plan is to keep it steady and hit it hard over some of the fun sections of road in the second half of the ride, maybe throw in some sprints at the end

it will be nice, at least in part due to the fact that I don't have a bunch of cheese in my stomach right now.
