Last thread was a ****storm, and I never got a recommendation.
Although I realize now I wasn't very clear on my bikes' specifications.
I want some non-retention pedals for my single-speed coaster bike. I thought "fixie" as in "fixed-gear" just meant it had one gear and therefore couldn't switch gears. It USED to be a fixie, but I put a coaster on it. And I got rid of my toe-clip pedals, and I would like some clipless or whatever normal bike pedals, that will fit the look of a road cycle. And to clarify, I DO have brakes.
And to get rid of the budget whiners, I will spend up to $25. I just need some decent pedals. Not super-ultra-deluxe titanium carbide auto-clip Tour de France pedals with +1 Endurance.
EDIT: Ok, so I actually did get one recommendation from GMJ, sarcastic as it was.

Clipless pedals are the ones the require shoes that attach to the pedals. I think what you mean are platform pedals. Not clips, not clipless, not straps. If you want some that go with the road look, get some Sylvan road pedals, like so:

Odyssey Twisted PC Pedals. If your going to run something without clips or it be a clipless pedal mind as well get something with a little surface area for your foot. They come in a range of colors and are built rather nicely for what they are.

Could you not just remove the clips from your existing pedals ?
