Yeah, it seems like the PC-1 has a reputation for wearing out quickly if it doesn't just break, but the PC-7X's reputation is solid. I guess it has been out of production for years, but old stock keeps popping up for sale here and there so I thought I'd try one out.

Now I think I need a 3wrencho, too.

$23 shipped. There is a valid argument that it might be more cost-effective just to use more of the cheapest chains, but I prefer to buy quality when I can, y'know?

Right. But you kind of have to expect better when there's a $20+ difference between the two.

But anyhow, must haves from harbor frieght are:

Their floor jacks & jack stands, combination wrenches, sockets, and ratchets.

Can't go wrong with these, for now.

Deda elemental carbon tape, origin 8 pursuit bars which are surprisingly stiff and a tektro short reach caliper for the front. Next is new shoes because mine are falling apart then wheelset/crank.
Can't decide, tb14 set from velomine or ambrosiohttps://www.ciclicorsa.com/en/negozio/pista/
All black. Also getting miche crank as well.

I beat the hell out of their winch back in my wheeling days when I would take my truck to the desert instead of my mountain bike. I'd definitely recommend it as well.

I don't even trust harbor freight with hex wrenches.

They're pretty well-built if you have the chance to drive down Hesparian and go to the one in Hayward. They have some on display as always.

Otherwise, wrongful death lawsuit FTW.

Their low-profile steel jack is legendary in the herrafrush car scene nevertheless being the floor jack of choice.

I also have that low profile jack from HF from my STI days. So far they've had the same track record as far as dependability and crushed bones go.

Finalized the fit on my Straggler with a 90mm Velo Orange stem. I have never used a stem so short
Goes with my VO handlebar and Lambda pedals

Finally got my hands on a pair of 26c Turbo Cottons. Oh so very stoked to see how this rubber compares to the Open Corsas they're replacing.
