It's probably a frame geometry / weight distribution thing. I eventually had to scrap the frame I was riding when I had this problem... but anything you can do to get weight off your arms is a good start. Raise your bars a bit, tilt your saddle a degree or two, watch how tightly you grip the bar, and do a LOT of situps to build core strength so your torso offers more support and your arms can work less...

Ok, here's the easy way to do it.
Get a cheap and comfy bar/stem setup, and when you're actually doing long-distance riding on this thing, pop them in. I'm guessing you have no brakes since it's a keirin frame, right? Then it's easy as hell to trade a stem/bar combo, and you could even put some tape or Sharpie on the stem so you can remember where it goes. A little ugly won't kill you, and it's a hell of a lot cheaper than getting another bike.
When you're impressing your friends or posing for photos, put the drops back on. Again, a very simple procedure, and your bike will be in tip-top racing condition again.
Otherwise, hang the damn thing on your wall and ride something else.
Chronic-type injuries are nothing to treat lightly. I hope you get all fixed up soon.

get a longer stem, move the seat back 2-3mm, and put some bartape or something on the bars.

uum.. am i missing somethhing? you are riding a track frame long distance.. this is kinda like driving a sports car and wondering why the couch wont fit in tthe back..ive tried big and small, drops, bullhorns, nothing really matters long distance.. track bike geometry just isnt that good for you., its super fun.. but not great on the long haul.. thats my opinion.. humble as pie

... how do you know your frame still isn't too small?
T.I.P. Get the Oury and Keirin grip combo. It's so comfy.

Terror, let me know if you go to a specialist, I have the same exact problem. I work as a motorcycle mechanic and I can't even wrench on screws with a screwdriver right now. I have stopped skidding and am relying on skipping alone, but I can't help to tighten up my grip on my right hand while doing it because of my high gear ratio and it hurts.

i'll let you guys know when i do go but it'll be a while because i lag on these sorts of things. Just thought you guys might like to now that while i was nagging about the pain today someone grabbed my arm and squeezed on a pressure point somewhere up top near my elbow (accupressure style) and the pain is somewhat relieved, and this was only for a minute or so...

you could try play with the angle of your drops. i saw a pic of you trackstanding and the angle looks really steep, so you may want to give it at least two seconds of consideration.
