I'd agree with the point that you probably don't want to bank a tour out of the country on a set of lightweight racing wheels that are difficult to repair.
that said, it's relatively unlikely that your ROlfs will fail anytime soon. Our teamweight is right around yours. We have about 8000 miles on them, including racing, competitive trainging rides, and even a bit f off road,a nd they're still fine.

Mine have been fantastic, 07's up until a 45mph blow out. Really gouged up the rim, but it still runs true. Having a replacement laced up. I hope the new one's as good as the last. Many miles on these wheels, mabey 15,000. I want a Calfee. The dragonfly we looked at was just 22lbs. BTW, team weight is 290
