It would be difficult to not know her... she's practically famous! My trips to both Hellyer and SDV have all been awesome, as both tracks populated by great folks.

Hopefully I'll run into you, when I head down to LA. She's convinced me to do some traveling with her this coming season and my coach thinks it'll be a good idea.
If you're really interested in the DF4, let me know via PM. Now that I think about it, were you her friend that works with carbon frames that she was showing my e-mails to?

Bringing the thread back on topic, is the stealth black on your DF4s going to be the regular production color for 2014?

No, that wasn't me. But I look forward to meeting you, either down here or up there. Carson looks to continue its recent upward swing with a banner year of racing in 2014. Encino, unfortunately, is losing its one and only promoter so not so optimistic there.

My baby. 61cm Unknown PSX Frame w/ Unknown's carbon (aluminum steerer tube) fork. Bought the frameset because it was a great deal ($400 for frame, fork, and headset) and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. Nothing super fancy but light and stiff enough for me at this point in my racing experience, or lack thereof. Hasn't seen a track yet (i've haven't ridden on a track yet) but I plan on starting my first season of racing at the NSC Velodrome in Blaine, MN this spring. Ratio in this is my street ratio (46/15, just shy of 81") so this is not the gear(s) i'll be using on the track. Will also be getting Ultegra SPD-SL pedals to replace my current Time ATAC XS pedals before I start riding/racing on the track. 165mm All-City 612 track crank w/ FSA Pro Track chainring. Velocity Deep V wheelset (kinda played out but they're tried and true and affordable so I have no complaints). Saddle and seatpost are actually from my Diamondback hybrid and it's technically a mtb saddle but it's decently firm & very comfortable on the road; both of these will also probably be upgraded before the season as well. Carbon-wrapped aluminum stem (some generic one a friend gave me but it works just fine) and Cinelli steel track bars. So yeah... that's pretty much it.

Probably not as excited as I am to race! I've been so stoked ever since I got my frame and starting stopping by on Thursdays here and there to watch the races at the end of last season. I got my frame right as the season ended because I guess I like to torture myself with anticipation. Stoked to see the track from the inside for once and excited to get acquainted with the trackie community at NSC!

By the way SBS, I got your PM but I guess you need 50 posts to send PM's? and I only have fifteen... so I guess I have to get to posting? Lol. Or just add me on Facebook if you've got one, search "Erik Thomas Nordman," i'm probably the only Erik Thomas Nordman in Minneapolis who goes to the University of Minnesota, so i'll probably be pretty easy to find on there.

Adding a pic of my general purpose trackie as I mentioned
Mostly an NJS build , but I didn't plan it that way --- it was built before that stuff was hip --- Hatta headset and BB, Sugino 75 crank with D-A pedals, Cinelli cockpit, with Turbo saddle , and currently wearing Corima's
One of my New Years resolutions is to ride it more ! calling the Superdrome to get a schedule tomorrow for the next few months

Seeing this in the paddock might make me just humbly roll my bike back to the truck and drive the 200 miles back home without turning a lap, but still feeling the trip was worth it for taking in all that trickness --------- what front wheel is that ?
