Proper saddle height different on the track?
Been watching some youtube videos and it seems like the saddle height on many of the elite track cyclists seem almost "too high" for conventional cycling. Is it just me, or is there a difference?

You may be experiencing an illusion based on the lower bars and more upright seat tube angles on sprint bikes.
As for you personally, maybe find a bike fitter that is familiar with track racing. A proper bike fit is free power and free speed.

FWIW I set my saddle height relative to the pedals identically on all my road and track bikes. There's a bit more saddle to bar drop on my
track bikes and I have my saddle set further forward over the BB on the track. YMMV.

i frequently get ?'s about wether or not my frame is too small for me then I explain it's a sprint frame, the Top tube is 57cm long c-c, I have 9-10" of seat post showing i think, 120 stem 0º rise drops are parallel with the to of the front tire etc.
