Wahoo Kickr rough drivetrain

Hi All - Anybody with a Wahoo Kickr have problems with a seemingly rough, grindy drivetrain? I've been training on a Cycleops Jetfluid which is pretty smooth. After dropping out the rear wheel and installing on the Kickr, it just seems off. I've played around a bit with the barrel adjuster, check my chain for wear, related chain... Still rough. I've got an 11 speed setup. Anybody else have similar issues? Any solutions?

My bet is your derailler isn't lined up properly. I know you said you've "messed with" it, but.. still guessing that's the problem.

Since you don't need to shift while using the kickr, try going through all the gears and see if any of them run clean.

thinking RD as well ? or did you accidentally leave the 10sp spacer on the kickr's cassette or something ? I've used 3 bikes on my kicker without any issues.

Did you change the cassette on the Kickr to what was on your bike? Maybe your chain length doesn't match the stock Kickr cassette? To be honest mine is kind of grindy also on the really high gears as well, but it's especially noticeable on Zwift on the downhill segments since the resistance drops very low.

Problem fixed, I switched out the cassette that came with the Kickr with the sram pg 1170 that I was using. The cassette that came with the kickr appears to be a PG 1130 11-26. I have no idea why it wasn't working well with my setup. FWIW, I also dropped in my cross bike with 105 5800 and it didn't work well with the original cassette. Weird...
