ERG-Mode
I'm going to do the Tour of Sufferlandria. The Sufferfest app makes my Kickr Snap operate in ERG-mode. Does this mode cap the amount of power you produce? As I understand it The program and the trainer control your power output. If your cadence drops, resistance increases. If the program tells you to go 319 W, can you go above that in ERG-mode?

As you may already know, with windows version of sufferfest, you can click on-screen and increase or decrease effort overall (e.g., go to 110%). This affects all levels for the current video (so both easy and hard sections are 10% higher wattage). Otherwise, it dials you in to wattage shown.
