Hello, I have the book named: Time-Crunched Cyclist, 2nd.
In the last week of each plan is where the peak of form is reached. My question is: the peak of form just lasts that weekend of the competition or can be lengthen something else?.

It's individual. Some people can keep on with similar training and retain form. Some people overtrain if they do that. In any case if you keep riding you'll retain fitness for quite a while, you just have to feel your way with it.
