Looking for a cargo bike

I need a cheap front loader that can carry a small hot dog cart and maybe pull a trailer. I live in texas and I'm having trouble finding something of this nature. All the Ice cream men are riding home made 24" trikes. why cant I find one?

Define Cheap ..... don't know about cheap but here is Worksman.... https://worksmancycles.com/shopsite_s...frontload.html also I think a source in texas may be across the border..... I recall discussions of Mexican built delivery type bikes.

You too can get one made. just find a welder..

Locally you could have one made... Christiania style ,
build the insulated box with 2 wheels on it.
and then Cut up a bike frame , and re weld it so the headtube is just about vertical.

building the handlebar mounting it on the back of the box , and steering is
then kinda obvious.
Coaster or rear hub Drum Brake.
there are single sided drum Brake wheels , or brakeless ones ,
aka .. Wheelchair, to build into the box frame.

I can only think of Worksman Bicycles, but they're not cheap. The cheapest model is $820. They're heavy duty though. But I'm sure still cheaper than having custom frame welded.
