There's one more itty-bitty problem with this auction, shipping charge:

"Shipping: GBP 123,456.78 (approx. US $211,438.25) Standard Int'l Postage"

That would certainly make a local pick-up worthwhile.

Looks like the pedals are with both bikes but not on the cranks someone likely pulled them for storage and didn't put them back on the bikes.

Didn't notice the missing pedals until you pointed it out. Took a closer look and can see the pedals removed from the crank arms but stored on the bikes like zukhan1 pointed out. Crank arms are there, just hard to see.

I was blinded by the bling.

It should be illegal to sell a Miyata 1000 without a rack.

I believe that is an early 2000 bike and it falls into the gaps in my catalog collection. I also believe it may be one of real Reparto Corse frame possibly on of the fancy foamed stuffed Boron models. What the components are I can't but they look similar to campagnolo.

A good look at this XL decal would tell much more about the frame. If may be worth a short drive to look at.

Not really a true vintage..but its darn weird!

Giant mcr carbon super bike

© craigslist - Map data © OpenStreetMap
(google map) (yahoo map)

Up for sale is a piece of history, has been wall art and lightly ridden ...

In great shape for its age, made in 1995 for the Chris Boardmans hour record on the track, a real head turner.. Hesitant to let it go, but it's time...

Come with a mavic clincher rear disc wheel 700c and a front 650c mavic 3G, the front wheel itself retailed for $2800 in its day...this bike looks stunning on the wall... And rides really well, have done a few big rides on this thing and descended some rather scary descents... Rock solid ride...
Carbon aero seatpost, stem, bottom bracket and headset / included.

Very rare bike at a great price...it's known as "daterd" because its the ****...
