Regardless, it's a great frame w/decent components and still probably worth the initial bid price.
One other thing; the removal of the headshock and re-installation of the fork as shown could very well account for the lower bottom bracket.

Moutain bicycles - $200 (Wayzata)[/h]

I have four moutain bike style bicycles for sale. Prefer to sell all together, good condition but they need work such as tires, one is missing a pedal. These are good quality and featured bicycles at a very low price. Price of two hundred is for all four combined.
Am I crazy, or do I spy with my little eye a stumpy with a biplane fork?

Cool bike to find in the trash. I'm looking a mountain bike and keep hoping I'll stumble on one on trash day.

Woah. This first pic acted like repellent to me. I never would have spotted the two Specializeds if you hadn't called attention to them. I wonder if they're dead-set on selling all four at once?

That is a mystery to me as well, although I would not be surprised to learn that USPS contracts this stuff out and that's how the contractor profits. I have read of this type of back charge happening from European sellers shipping to USA, particularly Pro Bike Kit, a British website I used a lot until reading of this problem. The numbers I've seen tend to look much higher than a simple customs duty.

West Memphis is in Arkansas. That might explain the premium pricing.

Buy the whole lot for best possible price. The sale of girls Le Tour, Schwinn Frontier, and the Rockhopper will net you a free Stumpy.

Probably nothing special, but it is a teeny tiny bike, which aren't easy to find. The lugs do look nice. I've also never seen those decals before.

Complete RSX 3x7 brifter group, right down to the headset and hubs.

Oh, and it's attached to a wacky frame if you like that sort of thing. Probably a large, who can tell?

PX10?

[h=2]Vintage Peugeot road bicycle - $300 (Westbrook)[/h]

PEUGEOT 10 SPEED VINTAGE FRENCH ROAD BICYCLE MAFAC SIMPLEX CB001

Awesome vintage road bike from France, this is great Peugeot town bike! Perfect for getting around town in style. This bicycle is all original, and has a ton of character. Has10 gears to get you up those pesky hills, or would make a great fixed gear. Good, reliable Simplex derailleurs controlled by friction downtube shifters and Mafac brakes and levers. This is a classic looking fun and practical bike. The bicycle is super lite weight, and features a two layer frame for added strength(see photos). Will need tune up, and could use new wrap for handle bars. This bicycle has a great vintage look, and awesome vintage decals. If add is still up the bike is still available.

Features:
Steel 700c clincher rims
Alloy hubs
Steel headset
Steel Chainset
10 speed
Simplex front derailleur
Simplex rear derailleur
Steel/Plastic downtube shifters
Alloy Mafac brake levers
Alloy Mafac brake mechs
Steel handlebars
Alloy stem
Steel seatpost
Steel pedals with clips
