Huh. You got me wondering. Maybe it's a 2002 w/the headshock suspension removed from the fork and the resulting space moved atop the head tube for spacers to take up the slack? Because look at the spacers on that goofy, high-a$$ steerer tube. Is it even possible to do that w/a headhshock -- remove it and still have a functional fork?
Regardless, it's a great frame w/decent components and still probably worth the initial bid price.

My bike was sent by the seller via Italian Post. Somehow, it got in the hands of UPS along the way. I really don't understand how that works. I received the bill after I received the bike. Why would UPS advance the money for Customs duties? Do they have a contract with Customs?

Probably nothing special, but it is a teeny tiny bike, which aren't easy to find. The lugs do look nice. I've also never seen those decals before.
