That's a good upgrade in my opinion. The short headset with a long stem riser makes for a lot of force on the headset. I upgraded mine after having tons of problems with the stock one coming loose.

Doing a roll out of two or three rotations while sitting on the bike, and then dividing by two or three creates a much more accurate measurement. Much more so than a car speedometer.

I'm not good with electronics, but the Busch and Müller lights do use 2.4 or 3 Watt bulbs. I'm guessing that the hubs produce more wattage than that.
