Howdy neighbour!

It is. Traffic cops usually don't care about cyclists, but a few weeks ago I was ordered to move to the bike lane by one cop. I'm not sure whether there's a fine proposed, but it is against traffic law. If you get hit by a car while riding bicycle on the road and there was a bicycle path, you are categorized as "nepropisno kretanje po putu" even if it wasn't your fault you got hit. So it's shared guilt...

I also often ride bus lane in Futoška. Gulty.

It did look like the roadie was riding in a passive-aggressive behavior, on initial watch I thought the BMX'r was being a dong face but after watching it a few times some of the roadie's moves seemed to be in response to something earlier perhaps. I see this constantly in my city, and I can be passive aggressive at times when driving and claim a SIDSY and ignorance when it was nothing of the sort.

Regardless of which the BMX'r was in the wrong to create a potentially deadly situation.

Moved from Commuting in the hopes of potentially salvaging it from the rubbish bin.

Right, but do you really, really think there is clear and convincing evidence that the BMXer is guilty of assault or is it just a random collision between two cyclists? And is this really a case of prosecutable hit and run? I could see a prosecutor looking at the video and saying both riders shared fault and don't waste taxpayer money with this foolishness.

Well, lets look at the screenshot of the BMXer clearly removing his foot from the pedal and kicking the front wheel of the road bike rider.
