The online discussion board requires that each post be a minimum of 300 words and minimum of 150 words for any response. Jeez, this class is built for a Pcad. I'm definitely going to have the lowest post count.

This weekend is for the sux! The winter precip is coming and the temps will dip into the low teens. Saturday long ride: off. Saturday night birthday party: off. Sunday long ride: who the heck knows.
Trainer. Trainer. Trainer. Trainer. If I wasn't such a mental case the trainer would have been in the garbage by now. Almost 50hrs in this month and 90% has been on the trainer because of temps and/or rain..

I'm starting to really have trouble finding the motivation to go into the training room. Lately it's just been a matter of "just find some way to get through it"
Hence, I'm listening to jazz CDs that I like and trying to pedal cadence with them. Not always easy since I have to come up with workable cadences to songs that go from 50bpm to over 300. Lots of double-time and some quad-time, some half-time and some 1/3 time even. Some of the tougher pieces have been over ten minutes at nearly 130 cadence. So far I haven't been able to get through that one without a few half-time breaks, although 65 cadence is pretty comfy with a heavy resistance.

stupid winter.
100% chance of snow/rain/wintry mix on Saturday. Probably no racing if that forecast holds.

George Strait all the way.
Ohh. She'll get nekked if their be drinks involved. Never. Ever. Fails.
Tequila makes her clothes fall off.
She said I’m going out with my girlfriends
Margaritas at the Holiday Inn
Lord have mercy, my only thought
Was Tequila makes her clothes fall off
I told her put an extra layer on
I know what happens when she drinks Patrone
Her closet’s missing half the things she’s bought
Ya Tequila makes her clothes fall off

In the late 90's I edited the entire "Life and Times" series for CMT (think A&E biography for the country crowd) and one thing I learned..C&W artists made rock n roll artist look like Sunday school teachers when it came to debauchery...but the C&W crowd was okay with it cause they didn't have long hair and didn't hate America.
