God bless my wife. She's taking the kids to see Disney on Ice this Saturday -- "I didn't buy you a ticket because I figured you'd want to go on your ride."

I am a lucky, lucky man.

There's been some leakage from the 33 into the 41.
Someone has replied to the "41 Twitter feed" thus putting it back on page 1.
Damn you!

56 appears go be the most popular size. Have some patience. I got my 50 System Six via eBay.

Shoulder impingements are fairly common (anecdotal evidence from working in warehouses for 2 yrs) and there's no need to stick with one exercise that's painful when there's endless ways to hit the delts. The HS football coach (I didn't play but he was the first to show me the weight room) couldn't even do seated bicep curls because of a soft tissue injury but he managed to build them alright (don't remember his alternative offhand). Just ranting out of boredom, don't mind me.

Behind the plane of the body lifts have been shown to cause more injuries without actually having much benefit.

back from my pre-race meeting for the race I won't be attending. Got 20 racers from my team signed up so far. Probably end up with 25 racers, which is pretty good (even if it is our home race).

With 25 for home race, that'll translate to about 12 or so for most races, which isn't too shabby.

Anyone have any experience w/ the BMC Pro Machine? If the bike deal I'm working on falls through, I've got my eye on the bmc w/ sram force deal from cc.

There was another exercise that I used to do which I guess could be classified as behind the body and it significantly helped me with flexibility (at least with respect to throwing javelins) and, I suspect to some degree, strength. I'd lay back on a Bench w/ my head at the end, and extend my arm back as far as I could and then follow through forward.

sounds like a good endorsement. Do you know if he rides the 47cm? I would like to know if it has bosses for two water bottle cages.

It is about $500 than the deal I'm trying to take advantage of locally, but it comes w/ wheels and the local deal may fall through.

It has the bosses. There are some side pull cages for the seat tube that might be worth looking at if you use the bigger bottles.

Interview in the AM, then cutting class again to finish Hw. I didn't go at all today, but that's because I've been feeling like total **** lately.

I can't keep my elbows up when doing upright rows because of my shoulders. Also I felt like a 'tearing' sensation in my bicep tendon/in front of shoulder when doing upright rows. Stopped doing them after that.

Behind the neck anything is unnatural and isn't worth the risk, atmo. I've also considered switching away from barbells for all pressing movements in favor of using dumbells so I can find my groove instead of being forced into a position.
