Since you asked, here is an older one on the first summit of Little T looking toward the second. You can see the road up to Firecamp 9. Ever ride up there?

Yeah the view from the camp is great on clear day...man I miss those roads...Between the Angeles Crest, San Fernando and Santa Monica mountain ranges you could climb every day and find a different route.

Last time I did Little T was when we did the last stage of the ToC (it was a PAA ride I organized)...we came over Little T into Acton and picked up the route from there...10k of climbing over 95mi...really great day on the bike.

Yeah, great ride. We do that from here and come back down Big T. We call it the 2 Tujungas ride. Too bad Hidden Springs Cafe burned down last year.

If you keep putting my small problems in perspective, I'm going to start getting angry with you.

Hang in there. When life gives you lemons, if you pour the juice in an open wound it gives you focus.

Did he keep asking you "is it safe" while he was working on your mouth?

he is a trumpet player, so I trust him to do the minimum damage necessary.

asking me would have done no good anyway, that nitrous made it like I wasn't even there. I do recall some rather forceful "sounds" at one point.

Meh, I'm saving up all the frustration until I reach the boiling point. I am then going to drive the 15 minutes up the road to the Tuesday nighter and unleash absolute holy hell for about 2 laps, pull off and remember I have zero training time in, puke, pack up and come home. Immediatly afterward I'm running away to join a monestery that has bike messengers.

I saw one of my supervisors yesterday. He looks at me and goes "what the heck is that", while pointing to his face. "Do you have a girlfriend, no right? Yeah that's why." All while pointing to my beard. So apparently I have a no girlfriend beard. Woot!

Damn it took me like 15 minutes to stretch a new tubular onto my wheel. Tomorrow I'll glue it up.
