Double day yesterday: ran at lunch, hammer ride after work. Feeling a bit tired this morning, but not wiped out.

I searched for you and didn't find you. Apparently "Snot Nosed Little Punk" isn't your name.
Here is the post just for you:
In a few different conversations with friends I was asked how hard I worked to keep it together at the River Gorge P/1/2 Crit. Power junkies will get this chart. Here is a snapshot of my top 72 1 second intervals. Apparently I didn't have 73 in my matchbook.

Out of Golden Cheetah there is an editor tab, I cut and paste the data to excel then massaged it to pick anything over 950 watts. Then I just cut and paste it into Facebook.

We aren't FB friends.
You should have posted it in the ST power profile thread.
*edit - that's a neat summary BTW. I used to use GC in addition to WKO but decided to stick to the latter. GC has a bunch of great features though and I want to learn how to use aerolab some day. Are those discreet efforts? How do we know those weren't from 10 seven second jumps?

We all know that you have to be way higher than what you've shown. You're holding back on us.

I'm expect that your jump is a lot higher than mine and I put out those watts pooping.
Since this is the training status thread...it's raining a cold drizzle in Denver today. I might hit the rollers for a TV show this afternoon.

An ex-teammate broke 9 ribs last night on the hammerfest I would have been on if I hadn't worked late. Aside from a punctured lung and 9 ribs, I hear he's doing OK.
Tonight I did nothing except get my foot worked on by a therapist. That hurt. Now I'm nursing a beer and plunking on the internet.

My knee is still way jacked.
Laundry intervals followed by stripping my Mtb down to the frame. Gonna power wash everything and rebuild from scratch.

I might be able to take a long vacation to see the family in December. If anyone is still braving the cold by then, I'll have my bike with me.
