Depends on the amount of asbestos piled up around your pain cave I'd wager.

It's basically 15x40sec @ 5.6-6.1w/kg with 20sec recoveries @ ~2.7-3.3w/kg

I'm doing an FTP test today at lunch. Shooting for 5 watts higher than the test in mid-Feb.
Question: I always do 20m x .95 for FTP estimate. I recently did 31 mins at that number and the stretch of road was pretty lumpy. Would you say that 31m at my FTP guesstimate is a pretty good indication that's it's set right?

Wasn't really intending to, but set a season high 20' power. In fact, it's 7% higher than my 20' power this month last year. Yay, me.

Mohs surgery and recovery has knocked my ftp down at least 10%. The begin again has begun.
When I see a recovery day, I know bad things are on the horizon.

I had my nose done 2 years ago and had a bandage like the one in your picture. This year they went in behind my ear and left that one open to heal. 2 weeks later, I got a place the size of a half dollar taken out of my cheek. Pics anyone? They put stitches n that one.
All is good for the next 6 months. I'm on a schedule now for freezing, scraping and burning to try to avoid them getting bad enough to require the mohs.
