Help ID - Handlebars

Hey there... I just purchased a 1992 rockhopper bine on craigslist... I want it to look like the one on the picture, but I need to know if someone can help me ID the handlebars.

Any guesses? They don't have to be the exact brand, just the style name and possible size so I can search for them.

Thanks guys.

They look like generic MTB riser bars. If you remove the grips, you might find the specs for the width, rise, and backsweep stamped on it.

Those are riser bars in the picture you linked, with a 25.4 mm clamp. Here are similar bars on Universal Cycle's web site:

Bikes: Gilmour road, Curtlo road; both steel (of course)

There are probably a bazillion to choose from on eBay.

Just be sure you have the correct clamp diameter...

Bikes: everywhere

Risers. 25.4mm clamp, Approx 3" (75mm) rise, maybe 24" (600mm) wide.

If your bike has the original flat bars, you might need to get new cables and front housing runs to handle the extra height of a 3" riser bar.

My Sprocket database app lists 4 for that year.

The RockHopper Comp used "Specialized Rock Bar"
The RockHopper Mega used "Specialized MicroFit"

I cant tell from the picture which RockHopper you have specifically but you might be able to eBay search for these
