My Sram hydraulic brakes got air inside, They are on an Ebike, I went to several local shops to try and get it fix but apparently no one can do it. SO im looking for a replacement, is jut the rear brake. I heard that Ximano brakes are easy to bleed and maintain, but can someone help me with some advice or different choices. Thanks guys

If a bike shop can't bleed a set of SRAM brakes, then they probably can't bleed any brakes, as apart from the fluid (DOT vs mineral in Shimano), bleeding SRAM brakes is no different from any other brand.

If you want to swap, any current Shimano brake work, choose your budget, and buy accordingly.

Buy a Sram bleed kit and watch some tutorial video's on Youtube. It's not as hard as it looks.

Your post isn't super detailed--what reason did the shops give? It is my experience that older taperbore design Sram/Avid brakes (Elixirs, Juicys) more frequently have failed seals and do not function properly after a good bleed--and while they're rebuildable, the cost is usually not justifiable. Or could they merely not do the work in a timeframe that works for you? It is in the peak of the busy season.

If you're shopping for replacements, any Shimano hydraulic calipers work fine. M415 is a reasonable choice, their higher end brakes with ServoWave start at the Deore level.

Yes Cause they got a bit overwhelm when I brought there my Ebike like it was some kind of Alien technology. I was researching is some bleed kit, but the bike is 5 years old so I was thinking in investing in some new rear brake. Although I dont know if the curret disk will work with the shimmano, the disk is described as W/200mm SS rotor.
