Help with levers

Hello

i am in the process of having a LHT handlebar changed to the VO "Left Bank road bars" with a 23.8 clamp diameter for brake levers.

The brake levers have to also work with BB7 MT brakes.

I have the shimano bar ends, and have Paul thumbies so several options for the shifters to work around for the brake levers.

looks like manly the cross levers as an option for the clamp size. Shop also suggested the inverse brake levers, but am not sure since this is a long distance bike.
The little things like this is irritating fun to work out, but at this point I have just chased circles.
Thanks in advance

Would using the road version of the BB7 open up lever choices for the OP? Andy.

Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

Tektro RL520 brake levers fit standard drop bars (aka 23.8 mm clamp area diameter) and are long pull so they work with V-brakes and MTB-type mechanical discs.
